Email support.coolmio@gmail.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not include payment-card details or sensitive medical information.

Restore a purchase

Open AntiSick and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. You will not be charged again.

Manage Monthly Pro

Go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Monthly Pro renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

Request a refund

Apple handles App Store billing and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for purchase.

Camera or motion access

Open iOS Settings, find AntiSick, and enable Camera or Motion & Fitness. Camera frames and raw motion readings are not recorded or uploaded by AntiSick.

Safety and health

AntiSick is intended for passengers and is not a medical device. Do not use it while driving. Stop using it if it increases discomfort or creates a safety concern, and seek professional medical advice for persistent, severe, or concerning symptoms.
